Strawberries are a classic choice for this summertime dessert, but if there are other fresh berries out there callin’ your name, by all means, use those instead. According to the gourmet pop tart video, there’s some real good strawberry that the kitchen orders from some farm in Cali. So good that Claire refused to use them all up. If Molly’s using the same kind for her vid, I wouldn’t blame Andy for stealing them! 😂

@@NotContinuum Yep, they should've weighed the lemons first. It's the ratio that counts. 6 grams is about 1.25 teaspoons of juice, easily within the margin of difference between lemons.

Need to weigh the lemon, then the juice, and figure out which one converted more lemon to juice. Also, doing a few lemons per tool might help even out inconsistencies between lemons as well
