Ramji Rao Speaking is a 1989 Indian Malayalam-language comedy-thriller film written and directed by the duo Siddique-Lal (in their directorial debut) and produced by Fazil, Swargachitra Appachan, and Ousepachan Vaalakuzhy. It stars Sai Kumar, Mukesh, Innocent, Vijayaraghavan, Devan, Rekha, with Sankaradi, Sukumari, Kunchan and Mamukkoya in other supporting roles. The film deals with social factors affecting Kerala including unemployment during the 1980s, and went on to achieve a cult classic status.
Three bachelors struggle to earn a living as they are unemployed. However, they decide to get involved in a kidnapping scheme to make quick money.

Best career movie of siddeeq lal, Fazil ന്റെ നിർബന്ധത്തിന് വഴങ്ങി second part വന്ന movie അത് അവരുടെ combo തകർത്തു പകരം ആ പടം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത സിദ്ദീഖ് തന്റെ പേര് വെക്കാതെ ക്രെഡിറ്റ്‌ നിർമ്മാതാവിന് നൽകി, ഹിറ്റ്ലർ ഇൽ സ്വയം പേര് വെച്ചു ഇറങ്ങി കടപ്പാടിന്റെ പേരിൽ പലർക്കും സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തു കൊടുത്തു അവർക്കു ലാഭം ഉണ്ടാക്കി നൽകുന്നതിൽ ലാലിന് എതിർപ്പായിരുന്നു സ്വയം നിർമിക്കാൻ ആയിരുന്നു ലാലിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശം but ഗുരു ഭക്തി കാരണം siddeeq അതിൽ നിന്നും പിന്മാറി, ലാൽ അഭിനത്തിൽ എത്തി സ്വായം success ful പ്രൊഡ്യൂസർ കൂടി ആയി പണം വാരി സ്റ്റുഡിയോസ് ഒക്കെ ആരംഭിച്ചു
