Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
Diced onion (optional)
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tsp W Sauce
1/4 Tbsp Ground Mustard
7 ounces Ketchup
Method
Brown ground beef over medium low heat, add in diced onions if preferred.
In large pot, add water, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, Worcestershire Sauce, and ground mustard into pot. Mix well.
Add ground beef to pot, Pour in ketchup, stir to combine
Allow to simmer over low heat for 30 mins.
Serve on Hamburger Buns with potato chips!
