Great looking plane. Great vid., fun is what it's all about. I sold my 1 seat, 103 legal, 'Cobra' made by 'Advanced Aviation', after logging @ 410 hrs, to get a 2 seat so I could take my wife and friends flying. I delayed, was busy, got busier ,...So now, that was a few years ago. I fly my friend's planes when I can, (A few times a year). BUT, now I'm SERIOUSLY looking for a good deal on a good 2 seater. I like the STOL type LSAs, but learned to fly in a 2 seat Quicksilver, and always wanted one. Btw, I love pusher prop config, and open cockpit,...No prop blast, and I can feel IT. Thanks for sharing your vid

I sold this Quicksilver. I miss flying nearly every day. I'm hoping to buy a single seat Challenger soon. Nothing against the Quick, I'd just like to be able to cruise a little faster.

Did the the tricycle wheeled,. high wing ultralights 2 seaters have conventional controls (elevator, ailerons via stick, rudder via peddles) or some other weird controls. Reason i am asking, cuz my dad was into them for a couplenof years when i was young in mid 80s. Thats all i remember is what i decribed above. Oh and they also had a dragger on tail (i take it for protection).

Where did you get that bottom mount for the instrument pod? Sure is superior to the standard (and annoying) top-mounted configuration.

A two seater cannot be a part 103 aircraft. Therefore a license is required and it's not restricted to 254 pounds.
