its bad enough this infant was stolen from her real mother but taping her hands removes the only means of self soothing she has! you are going to cause her to be overly anxious and she will act out as a result! give her back her thumbs it wont hurt anything to allow her to self sooth!! she may suck her fingers less if she had a full stomach!!
