Queen Elizabeth was an amazing woman she chose duty to God and country in keeping with her father’s wishes She was a woman unwelcome in a man’s world when she ascended but became a beloved figure on the international stage. She was an early example of “girl power” as she stood her ground as a monarch, not merely as a figurehead. Sitting alone at Philip’s funeral was tough but she wanted to show compliance with necessary measures. When she said “we will meet again” she demonstrated the depth of her faith that she would be reunited with loved ones who had died as well as the living that Covid had distanced As she aged Queen Elizabeth just became more regal and relevant Imagine: she instructs Liz Truss to form a government on a televised feed and 2 days later is dead THAT is going out with your boots on Remarkable Woman

Maybe not. She is w/ her beloved husband in Heaven. I feel I am related to Her Majesty. My aunt looked a little like The Queen; my aunt was mistaken for Queen Elizabeth in public so many times. I was born 21 days after her father passed on. I am named after my mother. I think of her often. I pray for her & her entire family. RIP Dearest Queen Elizabeth. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
