Technically, you could say this was 10 years in the making…
…but in reality, it took a global lockdown to finally force me to do what I’ve wanted to do for a long time:
To tell our print story.
Our prints are special. They’re unique. They capture a single moment that will never occur in that same way again.
I wanted a way to show people what really goes in to making an image - from the initial idea, through to hanging the framed photograph on a wall after it’s been hand-crafted in London.
And I think we did it.
Today, we’ve relaunched our limited edition print pages - each print has its own “micro-site”, showing the framing options, what goes into making them, and why I’m so proud of them. We’ve revamped the way we make, certify, and thank our planet in return for each and every finished product we create, and our new pages show exactly that.
It took a few 4am starts, some traffic tickets (oops), and a lot of digging into the archives to find the footage from the past 10 years - as well as hoping and praying for good weather on filming days this summer - but I’m as proud of this video as I am our images.
