The yellowing of the hair on the Frankies is because of the hair absorbing the glue on the inside of the hair. the white synthetic hair is prone to discolouring because of the glue from the root job. At least she still looks cute!!

For the green skin, if i'm not wrong Garret once said he loved green skin for dolls, so we do have a lot of dolls with green skin on mh. I guess some of that is to poke fun at mattel, since when they were starting with mh, mattel didn't wanted make dolls with green skin, but the kids liked the idea so they did it, then making lots of dolls with green skin could be a like a inside joke or something

I think I’ve talk about this before but M talking about the early days, made me think of my experience with the mommy and Kayden show. Finding other kids my age who similar interests was so fun to watch. This gonna reveal what a shy child I was but it was like having friends so between you, kitty’s mama and time to play was how I spent so much time as a kid. Finding y’all again and learning that Kayden is trans and how openly pro gay right. It was so comforting for bi and non-binary person. Side note y’all and kitty’s mama made such a good case for home schooling and it made me feel less alone when I had to leave in person school in 2020. Like good back and watch the old videos everyone is small and everything seemed simple then

I HAVE AVIA TROTTER BURNED INTO MY MIND!!!! I could never think of her without thinking of the trotts 😂😂I miss monster high so much!!!! We couldn't afford dolls very often when I was younger, so when my mom got me a doll it meant a lot. She'd take me to the fabric store and I spent ages making doll clothes. I'm so happy Monster High is coming back because that reboot was an outright distaster 😂

I love Avea, I think she's the best doll from the Freaky Fusion line. She's so weird and different that I was like yes. I need this. But it's so incredible to have this journey with you! It's been a while since I've seen some of these dolls in box and it makes me super nostalgic.

Ooh! Exciting! I actually keep a playlist of doll hauls from various people, and I watch the hauls every once in a while, especially if I've had a bad day or been stressed out. Doesn't have to be dolls I collect (most aren't). I just love dolls. I don't really care what kind. If I had the space and money, I would have way more collections, you know? Ghoulia Sweet Screams is definitely my favorite! I used to see her at the big lots shelf and I wanted her so bad but I never had the money to purchase her. Every time I went in there I would just look at her because she was so 🤩 😍

Oh my gosh thank you for this! My daughter and I loved watching your doll hunt videos back in the day and we would drool over all the cool monster high dolls we couldn’t afford lol.. her dad never liked the idea of monster high so unfortunately since I didn’t have any income we were never able to collect any back in its hay day. Now I got lucky a couple times and found a couple of monster highs at thrift stores and she treasures them so much even though she’s older now and they were out of the box. This video brought so much nostalgia. I wish I could get some of these dolls just to be able to give my girl something she loved so much. Watching you go through this made me remember enjoying watching your videos together and I’m so thankful for those moments ❤️💕

I had bought my fav character in Paris. I had bought a spectra Vondergeist doll in Paris the Haunted version of her because I still love this movie and spectra is my favourite character out of monster high. My second fave on is Twyla but she became it because I had bought the 13 wishes one on Etsy (2020) and I fell in love with her. Anyway have a nice day Kah

your story is so similar to mine and my mom's, she was diagnosed with MS when i was five but she got sick when i was a bit younger than that. since then she's been undiagnosed and they don't know what's happening, but now we are both doll hunting again that I'm 18. Omg what a fun video! I loved every minute of it. I only got into MH after they ended production but still managed to get quite a lot second hand just before the prices went nuts. These days I would sell almost anything else in my collection EXCEPT my monsters. Even today they are still the coolest dolls out there. They just don't seem to make these cool themes anymore... Thank you for the oh so wonderful blast from the past !!! 😊😊
