It's nice to have people learning with you and not being the only newbie. I wish more women skated. You don't need to do anything extreme. It can be fun just rolling around and doing what these ladies are doing.

Regarding the "getting stuck" part at 6:18. I have noticed that it's easy to get stuck like this when I have too much weight on my front foot, or when my front leg is too straight or too "stiff" (not relaxed). When I finally learned to relax my legs more, by "unlocking my knees", all these stops when going up a ramp disappeared.

Thanks JB for releasing this video. I watched you're original video on air outs a while back and finally managed to pop out of my local bowl that has no coping.
