The Airfix P-40B is a fantastic kit, goes together with no problems (recently built mine), decals are good. Only thing I would say is add the wing machine guns last, broke one of mine. You'll enjoy building it.

Those metal supports sound interesting, besides rigging , those have typically been the second most difficult parts on a biplane. The couriers look very interesting, a whole set would be a great build . An odd story out of modern day a software engineer in India was angry with the internet speed expressing the data transfer speed was so slow a carrier pigeon get it there quicker, his boss said then prove it - the engineer tried it and, the pigeon won. Brave birds who ran closer to extinction during the war..Appreciate your talent of rounding up all this modeling news. Cheers from the colonies Bob.

Cheers Gary. I always enjoy MMs. The P-40 will be great to see. One of my favourite aircraft (hence the Airfix P-40 is in the pile with Hasegawa's P-40N, Clear Prop's H-75N, Wolfpack's P-36A). A pre-war design that battled through in various roles. And RAAF service. Clive Caldwell of the RAAF was the highest scoring P-40 pilot with 22 of his 28.5 victories in the aircraft. Highest scoring Allied North African pilot to boot. (I have his later Pacific Spitfire Mk.VIII - Eduard). The Airfix kit builds up well from what I've seen but there is a bit of an Airfix woops! moment included (easily fixed though!). Thankyou. Matt🦘

Another great run down, Gary. I'm not sure about the 1/12 cartoon figures, unusual. I'm looking forward to the P40. The way this summer is going, there will be plenty of time to build while it's raining. Happy modelling.

Oh those 1/12 soldiers are funny. I have the GI, bought in Japan about 30 years ago, still in the box.

Thank you Gary, your with ICM was very good, not lot disclosed just enough to keep me interested! And a very generous company. Do we know who is going to be the ICM paint distributor is. Monday matters is the start of week for me.👍

I fully expected when I opened up the notification for Monday Matters, and started watching, to have a couple of assorted flying wings and ICM kits come bop me on my head 😂🤣... Wait, you said tank? 🤔 An ICM tank? 😳☕🐢
