Sorry to hear, mate. Looks like 2017 isn't going great for you so far in terms of health. But hopefully this will pass soon & you'll get right back in the thick of things. I know what you mean though - last year, around this time of the year, my health was bad & I had to take a lot of sick days until I ran out of them. Then used up my vacation days when I was ill & needed to be hospitalized. Let's hope 2017 will mean less sick days for the both of us. We are strong with the Force, man! :) You'll be back with a vengeance in no time! Stay strong, my friend!

Vitamin C is key to a better immune system, try taking some of those tablets available at pharmacies. Also avoid sugary foods and you should be fine.

Hey dude, glad you're on the up with the illness! Huge congratulations on the weight loss dude, it's awesome!! I've got a channel dedicated to weight loss, I'd really appreciate it if you could find the time to check it out. Maybe we can motivate each other!? What do you do for work? 2 hours in an elevator sounds horrible..
