I can't believe I would like Sierra in this season. She was really vital in the last part of the operation. The professor knew, and she herself knew she's the only one able to find the gold because she's good at finding stuff (and people, like how she found the Professor). Istg she's such a fighter. After giving birth, she was still on the run and was even defiant to the Professor despite them helping her give birth. Idk man, she was really the GOAT. She's not necessarily submissive, she knows her worth and she knows how to goddamn negotiate.

So glad the ending was good. I was scared they were gonna ruin the series with a bad finale but the way it ended was perfect

As you can see in the video, there is a clip wherein the professor told tamayo that the gang must not know where the gold is even professor itself. And that is exactly what the role of rafael is. And if you pay attention very close to the video, professor doesnt want to fight with guns and to just surrender peacefully, when they was busted by the so-called police because he knew it was rafael and might just play along to convince the gang that it was real police, and he must solve itself where could have rafael possibly hide the gold. Lastly, the fake brass gold was been made long before even the heist started . It was all according to plan

I felt there is a scene that was deleted. This is in relation to the Professor writing the note and asking Sierra to pass it to Rafael. While nobody knows what is written in the small piece of paper, the Professor is seen whispering something to Sierra which we do not know what he whisperred. I assumed it is to teach Sierra how to convince Rafael after she gave him the note. It doesn’t quite link up when we only see Sierra passing the note only and that’s it. There should be a scene where Sierra convey to Rafael what the Professor had whisperred to her after she got the note and the hug.

It's not just the story. It was about all the characters portrayed here. This cast was definitely the best istg i need a spin off of this series!!!

You know I just finished all the final episodes and now running into KZfaq to see all the reviews. Absolutely the ending I loved. I was very impressed how it ended. This is the masterpiece of series movies. Great story line indeed. Watching from PNG in the Pacific.

Rafael was reluctant to give back the gold because he thought it would be used to bargain the gang's freedom. He thought the plan was to give it back. The paper might have said something like "Denmark", or "first job", anyway, something that kicked his memory back. He then understood a swap had been planned/made and he wasn't going to lose the real gold. The real gold would still be stollen... Rio or his (I mean the Professor) political stances were second motives (as Rachel finally made him accept), his main drive is the fact that he is a Thief, like his brother, and it is the family tradition.

I have to say I watched it in spanish with subtitles and I realize how bad the dubbing is compared to the actual voice of the actors. Voice actors lose 80% of the original emotion

The only thing I didn’t like was Rafael stealing the gold. It would of been way better if he felt guilty for how things ended with Berlin. He could of tried to do right by him by working with the professor. It could of been some big reveal that he working with the professor in the end.

I loved the ending was always rooting for the gang but I always thought the minute Tamayo catches the entire gang that would be the end of them. I understand they came to an agreement but it still does not cover their previous crimes I mean lets be real I know it was just a show but it made no sense but I am glad with the outcome that no one does and everyone gets to live their life but I was surprised that Tamayo actually listened to the professor

Way too many deus ex machina plot devices. What's the point of even having the gold stolen when it didn't even matter? Why is Tamayo literally negotiating on behalf of Spain all by himself? Does he govern Spain? So much shit that frustrates

I can explain(6 main points), be patient and read before getting angry, You can argue with me on any point I am up for debate: 👉1.We see people crying about Tokyo: Just imagine this with you as the spectator in their HIGHLY FICTIONAL world, You see that many soldiers in your country have been killed now, there are hostages who are not able to reach home, and yet will You support the Suicide Bomber Tokyo? I mean how tf do the people in that world cry over Tokyo, wtf are their brains made of? Tokyo was already a killer before the heist and not only that she just killed 6 soldiers before dying, I mean wtf? Where is your respect to the soldiers? Do you remember the premise the 1st Heist was done on? NO MURDER. MUDER WILL SWAY THE PEOPLE TO NOT SUPPORT THE ROBBERS. And well, this doesn't happen which is IMPOSSIBLE. 👉2. Denver Manila and Stockholm love triangle: Your plans are crumpling around you, your best friend Tokyo got murdered like 10 minutes ago(there was severe lack of emotion from Tokyo's death for any of the characters) but yet, you kiss, you have SEX. Can you imagine in such a messed up situation where the whole team needs to unite and work together, instead you end up having SEX??? WTF! Later strip-tease + Sex, I mean how do you have the mentality to do that now common. 👉3.Alicia always bringing her baby into tense highly hostile situations, she verbally says she cares a lot for the baby but doesn't seem to do anything physically about it. You have 2 options: Leave your baby alone in a place you know or bring her to a highly hostile situation where you are about to kidnap people, what would you do?. 👉4. The Sub Plot which is the incestual Berlin's son and gf Tatiana: This had good buildup, and them stealing the gold was the only thing which interested me too. BUT, unfortunately they simply give up the gold at the end, that is, the sub plot had no impact on the main story and plan tom thumb, this was just created as a time consumer with no significance. So basically it was a Null Point or a Moo Point. 👉5. Raquel Murilho : She was so fragile that she fell in Love with the professor in 7 days and it seems as if all her principles had vanished too. Remember, she used to be a cop, she had principles, she was trained to fight against injustice and murder. BUT... she is soo ignorant about the murders, she literally doesn't care much about them, doesn't she not have any Moral Conflict? 👉6. PLAN TOM THUMB: This was the most flawed, ridiculous and unrealistic plan I have ever seen in a heist story. First of all this is how Professor explained the plan to the Robbers(Keep in mind that most of these robbers were in a very secure position in their life and was surrounded by loved ones.): 1. First Extract Gold, 2.then Secure it, 3.then Return it; and after this he stops but ONLY THE EXTRA BRILLIANT Palermo figures out that there is a last step to the Plan and asks Prof about it. Coming to the PLAN ITSELF: The plan completely depends on the chance that the government leaving the people freely even after they stole the entire reserve gold of Spain(Yes Now you see how ridiculous it sounds?) , the excuse for that is so horrible, that is that the government of Spain won't use the Gold are you outaa your mind?? It's called reserve for a reason, in any state of emergency they will resort to it, they will simply use it as money when the need arrives. So the government decides to leave the Robbers for free without having the backbone of their Treasury. This plan also shows how the character of Professor differs from Season 1 to Season 5, he never took chances before, and he was at least relatively intelligent, but here even an Average person can figure out how flawed the plan is.

I mean the world was already fooled that the gold was recovered and so they could have actually killed them fr cause they weren't gonna get the real gold back from them anyways. What was the reason they let them off the hook?
