My humble request from you Dr Hegde sir please clarify if person under gone liver transplant sucessfully recovered from liver cirhosios and using immunosuppressive drugs dially twice TACROLIMUS 1 in the morning and 1 in the night. In this one side we are reducing immunity other side trying to increase immunity both are contradictory please comment.

Sir I am suffering from brocotitis n productive cough n born with pneumonia..I am 46 years from child I was suffering..but after marriage in bangalore from 10 years suffering day by day increasing. I took all types of medicine but no use from 6 year every year I admitted to hospital n ok but productive cough was their. I am not eating oily food n also not going out in pollution but also . From 1 year I am using oxygen night time .I have not getting proper sleep I spent so many nights on chair. Chest conjuction, I feel fear, jerk in sleep.leg muscle hitting because lack of oxygen in my body. From 4 month I am suffering lot I got admitted 1 time in Icu 2times in hospital from 3 months I am oxygen 24 hours I can't be without oxygen more than 4 min ,I can't walk do work .doctor told your lungs are damaged..last option is lungs transplant.
