Approaching the end of 2019 we find ourselves here again at Import vs Domestic’s: World Cup Finals, the ultimate event to prepare us octane-junkies for the cold race car devoid winter ahead. One of the largest events we cover all year and absolutely one of the the most culturally diverse as racers from all across the globe gathering to competing on Jason Miller’s world class track prep and under the best racing conditions of the year. World Cup Finals is an absolute MUST for anyone who appreciates high intensity racing of all types and kinds, as the event creates a competitive battleground for imports and domestics of any caliber to see who has what it takes. WCF is not only notorious for a wide caliber of racing but also renowned for providing an exceptionally enjoyable experience for racers, spectators, and even media crews alike. Racing at this intensity greatly increases the opportunity for brutal wrecks, terrifyingly close calls, and motivation-depleting engine failures which thankfully only resulted in damage to cars and property, and no racers were badly hurt thanks to the awesome response teams on site. This event comes highly recommended in the racing community and also receives a “MUST ATTEND” from us here at 1320, so we hope that means we’ll see you and many other fresh faces for World Cup Finals 2020!

3finnian they are not exposed for you to see them. Occasionally you find Tie straps used, mostly, for wiring harnesses, embedded throughout under the cabin and engine compartment area.

It’s because they’re pushing these Honda engines as hard as possible. They’re breaking at the top end and slipping in their own oil. Time for billet Honda blocks...

Kevin Tucker they have billet blocks already. It’s not slipping in their own oil cuz the oil would be behind them and they would have time for the rear tires to slip in the oil at the speeds they’re going at. The first crash with the Volkswagen was cause by going back into 3rd gear when he was tryna put the car in neutral. The civic that went against the white s2000 had just changed out the transmission before that run. The lower ball joint was loose (hence the sparks halfway down the track) so when he hit the breaks it unsettled the car, and the cause of Jamie Marsh’s crash is unknown

much respect to all racers , drivers, teams , Marshall’s , track staff emergency crews and especially sponsors and the public for supporting our glorious sport of man and machine . This was a great coverage and man some of those guys fly ! We need a World Series On that note I drive a methanol injected over-head valve V8 410 cubic inches (6.7L) 9000 rpm. The car weighs around 620 kg and is 950 horsepower, . On the straight she reaches speeds of 190 mph + and I’m racing on dirt I did have a drag car 454 Supercharged Rambler that got stolen I am in New Zealand 🇳🇿

I hope I get a 1320 interview after a pass someday. Whenever I feel behind on my racing hobby I remember most of these dudes are in their 30s to 50s and I’m only in my mid 20s. Stay after it and your projects fellas soon people will watch us from their phones while we have the fun.
