I think government should introduce a scheme where women get 10% extra pension one their actual salary. I think then, the family(spouse,in-laws) takes women seriously give support and let them work in peace and dignity. Also this scheme should have a time period.

He is the most unhappiest man Becoz whenever he meets people may it be in his family ,he feels they are dumb and they are not curious like him or they delete watsapp photos sitting in plane or they don't know how money works etc.. He cannot engage himself with them May it be family functions,festivals etc He misses the fun , happy moments unlike us Drawback of having growth mindset 😊
