That watchman vala thing is good. It indeed works. To save on the brokerage, many people do this. Instead of finding a broker, just ask someone from the building or facility management staff of that society.

I lived in MAHDA in Powai for 3 years... 2008-2010... the most unforgettable phase of my life .... that place taught me how to dream... and I totally believed the same philosophy, we cant live only on weekends...

My son was staying similar flat behind Powai police station. Want to caution the owner to change the electrical wiring because there is every chance of fire. So go for latest wiring for safety.
