We can now see why! Thank you for not including dialogue or music tracks. The sound of steps on the gravel is perfect.

This place looks like it’s about to fall into the sea, Especially the first house on the left going into the development. Does anyone have an idea what homeowners insurance costs on these properties? About 100,000 a year

Mostly the W side of island, in the scruffy town. Play at maximim speed or you won't get through it. Misses the magnificent E side, with the great cliffs and surf, and the great pine woods on the north end. That's where paradise is. The very last minute (49) gives you an idea what u 5 missing.

Only 119 people live on that island, looks incredible!
