This is SUPER nice! Getting alot of docker containers going on my system, and having to go through and check them all the time to be sure they are working can get to be a pain lol. This would have already saved me when my Email server crashed a couple weeks ago 😅 and I didn't find out for 2 days 😬

OK so I’ve been using this for a long time I got the idea from you thank you but I would like to use growl notifications there is a Windows port of it, and for some odd reason uptime Kuma says that it’s disabled. Do you have any recommendations besides email notifications That would work

I use a webhook in rocketchat, so it sends a message to me on a special channel that's private for me.

Is it possible to monitor other web services such as say signal, discord ect as well your own self hosted services?

If it has a URL or endpoint that will return a simple header code to say it's up or down, then I suppose Uptime Kuma can be setup to monitor it.

Question: is there a way to make all if my IP's that my services get in Docker static? I’m new to Cloudflare tunnels and am trying to migrate from NMP and exposed ports. Love your video but my problem is that as I crate new containers or update containers, My Docker is giving out a different IP and so then I must go back into Cloudflare Tunnels and update the IP. Or its getting and IP in the wrong network. i.e., Cloud Flared will be in 172.17.0.x and my service will be in 172.18.0.x and it can't see it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you need to create a network in docker, and not use the default network. Then you can setup each service to use that network, and they'll get the same IP when they are started.

Great video. I tryed by my self an stuck at one point. I wanted to try to check my TeamSpeak server with it when it's down or offline, which I've hosted externally. Unfortunately, it always shows me that it's up even when I take it offline. Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Monitoring Type is Ping

When you say the server is down, do you mean TeamSpeak server stops, but the host is still up, or the whole host is down? If the host is up, but TeamSpeak is stopped or quit, then ping will still return. You would instead want to call the TeamSpeak service, and possibly look for a specific response in Uptime Kuma. Also, if you're using a reverse proxy to your teamspeak, then kuma could be hitting that and thinking the service is still up.
