Dear Jennifer, Rochelle here. I'm sorry to learn of your challenges going on right now. Stress is a major contributor to hair loss (many times temporary). When Dani or I have had personal issues, we've learned 5 things that I'd like to share: 1. Take time to breathe and allow life and breath to flow. 2. Visualize a calm life whenever you have a moment - Short periods of "getting away" gives you a break and we all need that. 3. The most beneficial for me is "Get comfortable with being uncomfortable." I visualize myself being "elastic" as opposed to being inflexible. It really helps me in all areas; especially where fear may be involved. 4. Your precious hair is doing the best it can; talk to it with tenderness and touch it with love. 5. Consider that this is a huge opportunity for your daughters to learn from you how to cope with challenges in life. Who you are now is how they may be in their future. What positive lessons can they learn? Be that woman; you're stronger than you think. xo Hope this may help, and I wish you easier times ahead. And, don't wait too long to start up with our wigs. Hi Rosey, Rochelle here! I have some choices and suggestions for you! First, as long as your hair is medium brown on the ends for a while, why not our Medium Top piece to camouflage the top while your grey roots grow out? Here's the link to Medium Top : www.godivassecretwigs.com/medium-top/. It comes in Medium Brown (see the color at the link). I'm choosing the Medium or Long Top (go longer if your ends are thinner, then just get the piece trimmed to your length) since you mentioned your hair is more straight than wavy. These pieces also come in beautiful greys, but you have time. Or, you could just begin wearing our wigs in greys or I'd love you to try Frosted Taupe. Beautiful shade between browns and greys. Our hair piece size works perfectly and the placement of the clips work great the way we do it - I wear these pieces all the time and they're designed the way WE know it works, not just selling them. I can tell you that we will never do a lace front Top Piece for exactly the reason you mentioned - can't clip and secure in the front! That's not good at all! Hi Carolyn, our mono wavy tops haven't changed at all since we began offering them. It's never been a curly top, just wavy. You could try putting it in some rollers after washing it, (no heat!) Maybe try adding a spritz of our low alcohol while the piece is damp. Another thought that I like is our "Keep It Curly" gel. Wet or dry on the piece, it will separate the waves and make it appear curlier. Hope this helps! Ro

Hi Danny, Rochelle here! I do have some suggestions for you. 1. 3 different top pieces are made in Silver Stone that you may love - two are monofilament tops with the see through scalp look. I mix my shades with my hair and top pieces. Plus, the lighter Silver Stone color would be on the top of your head and make sense that your darker color would be underneath it. I'd try it and you can always return if it doesn't work for you. 3. Here's another thought: We make Sandy Silver color in Rochelle wig and our wigs can easily be turned into Top Pieces. But I was looking for the a mono in the wavy since my natural hair of what I have left of it is wavy and soft curls. I wish I could afford 6 of these topper hair pieces I would have them made up since I have not found any other colors that work with my skin tone. I wish most colors looked as nice on me as they do you and your daughter but dark colors age me and the vanilla lust creamy & toffee make me looked washed out. I know because I have bought those colors from you and had to return them due to that reason. It's very difficult to find a hair piece in a color that works for you when it doesn't come in many of the styles that look attractive on you as well. Months ago I asked for the buns you sell in nutmeg F as well and was told "you'd look into it." Since nutmeg F is so popular its hard to believe I am the only one asking for it in the mono wavy topper and bun. I will continue to check from time to time to see if maybe one day they are added to Godiva's wig collection, that would be awesome.

Hi Deloris, you can easily trim the Wavy Top to a shorter length you'll love. A hairdresser would easily do this. Our Top pieces clip on over our own hair, hiding our roots and hair at the crown. Hi Cherokee, you absolutely cannot see the clips. Because, the clips are sewn inside the top of the piece, underneath to clip into the hair. No matter whether you choose the machine teased top piece (can get more height if you want to tease) or mono - (flat with see through scalp for women who want flat) they are both great. I'd suggest you watch lots more of our piece videos to educate yourself and build confidence and read happy client reviews on the products you're cosidering. Interesting question Jackie. If you want more coverage than a Top Piece and less than a wig, how about just taking off the bottom of a wig? I'm not clear on why or which way you'd combine. I'd be happy to try it out if you can give me more info! What we aim for is a light, natural look with each Top Piece. Why not a wig? xoxo Ro

Over our 25 years, our records show us that when we carry do carry colors darker than Dark Chocolate, they do sit - we commit to make about 100 of each color in each style commitment. Yes, it is easier to see the fullness and styles on lighter colors. No matter the color, Rochelle Wig is the same fullness and layers.
