If she's allowed to stay on as DA then any courtroom she's prosecuting in can be considered corrupted and void of lawful authority. She MUST go.

She should be thrown in jail. For fleeting and evading not following lawful commands from a police officer and excessive speeds. But no she thinks that because she has a badge she is above the law. This goes to show you how corrupt the justice system truly is. And only apologizing after the fact

Ummm....5 miles over??? That is very odd. 10 is one thing but 5....no. Speedometer fluctuates a bit... almost always across the world ... within 5 miles is acceptable.... something off with your story...

Has absolutely no business in the DA's office let alone in that position. Youse already know....if it was you doing what she did... she'd do her best to have you jailed. She's a two faced hypocrite.

Why was she not suspected of a DWI? Even after talking to 2(on rhe scene), possibly 3, superior officers before getting her ticket, she was oddly combative. The average citizen being this combative and entitled would have had to do some roadside sobriety test. Which makes me think, her being intoxicated was anither reason she didnt want to stop. She said herself she was dealing with 3 hum-a-sides( don't want my comment flagged). She probably stopped by a bar after work. Thats what they should include in their investigation. Retrace her steps. If she went to a bar after work, subpoena that bars sales for the time she left work till he initiated the stop. And if they won't or refuse to do it as part of the investigation, can a citizen or report do some type of FOIA request to obtain some records pertaining to her travels. Guarantee there some way, some kind loophole that they exploit all the rime to screw a citizen over
