Since we were just kids, my brothers and I, have loved to go fishing for dolphin! {Dorado or Mahi Mahi) Over the years, I have come to absolutely love the people and the fishing opportunities in Guatemala! I am not sure if she was more interested in watching Alejandro real in his monster shirtless or the beautiful drone videography, the fight bringing the fish into the boat, or your exciting play-by-play but she now knows why you are my favorite KZfaqr! Candidly Robert, your are my "Dude Perfect!" As a guy who's worked for over 30-years 9-15 hour days, even after having had a heart attack that killed me for 40 minutes and being a miracle for not having breathed for 4-6 minutes, you would think that I would live you motto - "All men die - few ever really live!" Lol Robert saw the Mahi while talking to other boat and instantly jumped into action. I was surprised though, where are the cows? All I saw were a bunch of Bulls. Of course those were some awesome bulls but I have never seen them without their cows. LOVE the spearfishing. There is just something about spear hunting in general that connects you to your food more.

Awesome video! Your years of working as a guide definitely paid off in the success of catching that mahi. It was definitely a lot of work on light tackle. I got about 12 to 15 years before I retire and I'm definitely headed your way to get on the ocean and just fish. Mahi is one of my favorite fish tacos. Grilled, cabbage, mango salsa and Chow down.

My name is Robert, too... I have caught 2 of this Mahi. - mahi or Dorado fish while I was on duty while working on board with Italian Oil and Gas Vessel FDS 2 doing Deep-water development project for Nigeria and Angola in African waters .Those were the days.... a life history of mine 60 year old today 25/10/62..Congratulations Robert you there been having good time handful catch of Dorado fish.
