Rodan and the queen muto are in the side of the villains because they are antagonists or malicious because its strange having rodan and the queen muto in the same place with someon like ghidorah?

I just didn't know where else to put Rodan and Queen Muto but I wanted there to be five characters on both sides. Also I didn't want to put protagonists sitting next to antagonists or put Ghidorah near the kids either. I know Rodan and Queen Muto are neutral but they are kind of villains since Rodan used to serve Ghidorah and Queen Muto is a part of the species that killed some of Godzilla's species.

Yeah I sorta started guessing it was a male. Shimo is gonna stay a female in my AU since we haven't really gotten that many female Kaiju antagonists in MonsterVerse films since Female Muto.
