Very nice!!! I use an older 77/17 on prairie dogs quite a bit, too. Consider grabbing a Death Grip tripod. You can set it up at any height and it's stable allows you to pivot your gun 360 degrees. I'm pretty sure you can easily set it up to hold your camera so you're always pointing at the same place as you're shooting, too. 👍👍

I used to be stationed at Malmstrom AFB and we did alot of that around the Highwoods. I retired in WV where I'm from and miss Montana alot.

Like heck they are endangered. They carry plague fleas, destroy the pasture land and make big holes in the ground for wildlife and stock to step in and get hurt.
