It's perfectly OK to have affection for your commanding officer, but there's a right time and a wrong time to show your appreciation. From the movie "Monty Python and the Meaning of Life".

I think is the best sketch, not only in The Meaning of Life, but in the whole career of the Monty Python. Here they are, the six of them, in a very expensive and elaborated scene which took two days to shoot, showing absolutely stunning performances. Little by little, the parody of the war films of the beginning turn into an epic compendium of the group's humor. Actually, a never-to-be-forgotten moment in the History of humor

@emiliodibenedetto46547 жыл бұрын
As opposed to Scottish British, Welsh British or Ulster British, that is. I think there are like four recognized nations, within Britain.
@jackoakes88887 жыл бұрын
Anne Nonymous you don't have to put British after them, if you're Welsh you're British, and ulsters are irish
@emiliodibenedetto46547 жыл бұрын
Right. Thank you. I wanted to say British, because I know that it's called the "British Army", but I wasn't sure if the Scottish or Welsh were/ are as well known for being calm and cool as the English were/ are. Since "British" covers at least those three nations, I wanted to make it clear that I was referring to at least the English, in particular.
