Mooer Brown Sound 3 Micropreamp is modelled after EVH 5150 iii. Brown Sound 3 has a lush clean channel that can reach mild breakup with the gain cranked and a drive channel that is tight, harmonically balanced, smooth as silk and has saturation in spades.

RECORDING PROCESS:
The video was recorded live. There's no post-processing or whatsoever. What we hear is the raw tone coming from Mooer Brown Sound 3 direct to audio mixer, then to the V8 soundcard, then to the Poco X3.

Thank you so much for this video. I had issues with my guitar sounding fuzzy going straight into the desk at last rehearsal. I now know to activate the cab sim. 😁 Cheers! Jimmy

Yes Sir!! Glad to hear that! It really sounds annoying if we are running direct and the Cab Sim is Off. Hahah. Additional tip, I also use an IR Loader with the 005. The cab sim of 005 is EQ Curve only. Its not an emulation of an actual cab.. If you're going to use 3rd party IRs, just turn off the Cab Sim of the 005. It will sound amazing and more tone choices. Around 4.9k sya sa Lazer music. Sa Lazada, nasa 3.9k lang. Mas mahal sa lazer kasi mat patong pa sila. Ang kagandahan naman is mata try mo actual yung pedal, and malalaman mo talaga kung goods or defective. Then may repair at warranty pa. Unlike sa lazada na mas mura nga, pag nagkaaberya, bye bye sa pera. Hahahaha.

But may mas mura naman na gaya nito sa ibang brand. Joyo American Sound or Caline Americana, Fender simulation naman. Asa 1.5k ata. Ito kasing Mooer ay Evh 5150 pedal clone.

Hello Sir, I'm just wondering if pwedi din ho ba ipadaan yung signal chain ng Micro Pre-amp sa "Effects-Loop/Send-Return" ng pedal ie. Maxon MS01 instead sa Return INPUT ng Guitar Amp mismo? Ps: Wala kase "Send/Return" yung Practiced Amp ko na Roland Cube-20X 🤔

Yes Sir. But need nyo po maintindihan na ang 005 ay hindi regular distortion pedal.. Preamp po mismo ito. Yung Behringer ultra metal ay regular distortion pedal, ina out sya sa Amp In. While itong 005 ay Preamp pedal, kumbaga, Amplifier sya in pedal form..Hindi po ito sinasaksak sa Amp In kasi magkokontrahan yung preamp ng 005 at yung mismong preamp ng Guitar Amp...Nasa video po ang detailed explanation . But yun nga po, mas flexible si 005 at mas marami sya usage compare sa Behringer UM. Thanks po

Yes Sir. Pedeng pede po yan. Ganyan din setup ko. Naka 005 ako + Cube Baby.. Meron na din akong video for this setup. Gawan ko na lang din siguro ng updated video

Sir pwede ko po ba gamitin yung cabinet simulator kahit sa amp lang isasaksak? gagawin ko nalang zero yung eq ng amp ko?

Thanks for watching. Bale kung as Guitar Amp ka sasaksak, sa may Return dapat, wag sa Amp Input.. Kasi preamp na ito. Kung sa Return ka sasaksak, iba-bypass nya ang Preamp nung mismong Guitar amp mo. Meaning, kahit anung settings nung EQ or Gain nung mismong guitar amp mo, walang syang effect sa tone mo. Ang 005 ang magiging main tone mo Sir. Wag kang sasaksak sa Amp Input, kasi preamp na ito. Kumbaga, magkokontrahan ang preamp ng Mooer 005 at Preamp ng mismong guitar amp mo. Panget ang tunog.. And syempre, kung sa guitar amp ka sasaksak, naka Off dapat ang Cab Sim ng 005 kasi may actual guitar cab naman na.. Pag in-On mo ang Cab Sim ng 005, magiging Kulob at maBass ang tunog .

Naku Sir. Sad to say. Hindi sya tutunog as intended. Panget ang tunog nya.. Or pede ding, Bili din po kayo ng Cube Baby din, para sulit na sulit nyo ang Mooer 005 para rekta recording na kayo..

Depende kasi Sir sa function na hanap mo. Yung Mooer 005 kasi, preamp pedal sya, yung cab sim nya is bonus na lang tapos, 4x12 Cab simulation ito na walang sinasimulate na brand. Basta 4x12 lang sya. While yung Nux Mini Studio is pure IR Loader / Cab Sim pedal, wala syang preamp.. Pede mo namang bilin parehas. Mooer 005 yung Amp mo tas Nux Mini Studio yung IR Loader mo para madami kang Cabsim. Haha. Pede din naman yung Cuvave Cube Baby as IR Loader / Basic Multi Efx para mas mura..

Actually, parehas naman silang maganda... Depende kasi yan Sir sa hinahabol mong tunog.. Yung 002 kasi, based sa Marshall JCM900.. tas yung 005 naman is sa EVH5150 iii. Fan kasi ako ni eddie van halen kaya 005 ang binili ko . Much better kung masubukan mo muna yung 2 in person. Para makumpara mo . Wag ka maniwala sa mga content na sa yt na ganto bilin mo over sa isang item... In the end, ikaw makakapagdecide nun Sir..
