The best way is no way, not wanting, but instead develop the skill of observation. That means giving attention to yourself and be aware even for few seconds of yourself in interactions with the world.
More you do it more you are in present moment.

even 10 minutes a day keeps the flame of inner awareness alive, and your mind flows more freely because you did it, and you get that 10 minutes back by discerning more accurately in your work. you can do this 💖

People think obsessively, "and I must not stop thinking, because there is so much to think about" Consider this , if you decide you are a runner. You can get up and you can run and then you can say "well I must not stop running because I have defined myself as a runner" so you keep on running, but soon you will no longer be a runner at all, you will be a broken person crawling along the floor never allowing yourself to stop. Of course a real runner knows how to run, how to rest well for the next run, and how to eat the right foods to condition the body for the task. Endless thinking - the monkey mind- is the first runner. Learning how to rest the mind and sit in a state of simple "being" for a while each day, is the remit of the second runner. A rested mind is more able to approach a new day with discernment and clarity of thought. A rested mind will serve you better than an endlessly churning one. Allow this time and know it is invested well.

What about romantic and sexual axctivities. What about the selfrejection for the moment you didnt take action. Sometimes the 'what-is' creates the action. But I'm the one who has to conciously drag myself to the social activity?

Mooji is beautiful, a great manifestation of truth and satsang. "There is not really a conflict between the inner and the outer." The personality and body are actually much more shallow then they seem." Are being is fundamental and we can naturally be aware of this.

Please reed the description. After you whete present, you come back and you say that eas bliss I want it again. That very desire prevent you to be there again. You can't bring that what was out of time in the time. Instead ask your self who wants to be blissful and observe. That very observation is present, bliss, joy. Hi! No matter what arises in the bodymind, the approach is the same. It's all about surrendering and accepting what is, so there's no problem at all in getting disconnected! Just make sure that you allow yourself to feel it fully. How does it feel to be overwhelmed? How does it feel to be disconnected? Do not judge your feelings. Instead, feel deeply through them. You will become more familiar with the isness over time.

If you want "isness" more than anything else, it will come naturally. You must sharpen your desernment, desriminating out all that is not you. What can be seen, is not you. The rubbish will naturally fall by the wayside.

Papaji said himself, that you must place the inquiry, the unveiling of the illusions of mind as a sole priority, before anything else in your life. Initially, the desire for freedom must be strong, and the catalyst that propells thy forward.

There is a present moment only if there is a memory of past. The one who observe the present is the memory of the past. Seeing without judgement of past experiences means to look at nothing. The more vast is your memory the more I will be there. So, how to remove useless memory and see whatever remains?

Well how do you end I am when you look at marvelous mountain or beautiful sunset? There is no I am looking, there is only looking. When you stop looking you say that was beautiful experience I have to see it again. So the moment I arises you end the present moment. So give attention in your life and see this for yourself. Whay would you want you mind to shut down? You are your mind, one who is writing this questions. Instead of shutting it down you want your mind to be sharp but alive, a mind that has ended the past. In order to do that develop the skill of observation by looking yourself in daily life without commenting in your head, just look, listen and observe and see how you react and act. Sorry this is not Moojis KZfaq, you can check link in description for his KZfaq. But if I may ask you, what do you do with arm when it hurts? Nothing you observe it until it is healed by itself. Same with the "bad" thoughts, don't reimagine, don't explain it don't commit on it just look at it even if it hurts, like you do with arm that is hurt. Stay with it and see what happens. What you do is start thinking same thoughts all the time, that trigges reaction in your body and you feel bad, so what if instead you look and listen to that thought, you say ok repat now and listen, will it come again or there is silence? Now when the silence is there look and listen the pain of emotion in the body same, see what happens.

Yes, of course no exercise can lead to freedom. But only thing for what you need time and exercise is to develop the skill of observation. That means giving attention untill it becomes natural, as you where as child to be attentive. Basically you are unduing that what you where doing wrong all the life. You should take look at my video difference between concentration and attention. Attention is natural it mean allow everything and be aware of everything without the one who is attentive, there is only attention. Concentrate means you, person, center, ego... Concentrate on one thing and exclude everything else. For that you need a lot of energy because you have to sustain ego and also exclude everything else and concentrate on one thing . Sadly our human consciousness has lernad us all only to concentrate. Infinite Love

What bothers me is that i am not able to sit down for 5 minutes without doing anything.. i can sit down an chill when i am not trying but when i say "now i am going to sit 5 minutes doing nothing" its hard for me and then i get the feeling that mind is controlling me and i want to get back the control. But maybe the only real control is to let go of controlling mind or body? Sorry for the long text, Infinite Love.
