Wheat flour or all purpose flour half kg
salt half tbsp. or to taste
water normal as required
FOR FILLING
White radish half kg
salt 1 tsp or to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
coriander crushed half tbsp.
cumin 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
green chilies as per taste
radish leaves half cup chopped
coriander fresh 1 tbsp.
ginger grated 1 tsp
FOR LAYERING
melted ghee or butter or desi ghee as required
flour as required
FOR FRYING
Oil as required
FOR SERVING
Butter and pickle
