Just Got My 1st IEM, Moondrop Chu 2, and currently listening this review from CHU 2, and well Im happy, Soon I may get a 4.4 Balance Cables with Foam tips and a Blutooth DAC And if necessary then may be an impedance adaptor too, im excited.

These are freaking awesome. The imaging blew my mind. Very precise. If only it had more space to work with as the soundstage is small so it doesnt have much space to work with but it handles what soundstange it has very well. Im just blown away. These remind me so much of my kato. Very similar tuning if they just lowered the bass a bit. Its not as detailed or lush in the midrange but come on man. 20 bucks and its like 80% of the way there. Thats freaking impressive. I really hope theyll improve upon the driver and deliver something around 80-100 with better soundstage and detail retrieval.cause my god would it be a banger

The are lacking in the lowermids for me to compensate uppermids, also that treble dip can be heard. Resolution and details are actually very good (good driver also). It can keep up with olina se and modded ea500.

Chu 2 lady has the stellaris in her ear. You can see a tiny touch of blue and the star in her ear. why. Otherwise, they're a colossal step up from the original. The cable no longer sucks. They don't make me sick with a claustrophobic soundstage. and the replaceable filters is also awesome. My only gripes are I don't like the generic tips much, they're kinda meh and don't fit me great. The cable also needs a chin slider, but holy crap I can just REPLACE it, crazy thought. And I preferred the design on the chu 1. The chu 2 art looks blander. And the sound is a wild improvement. They're still pretty vocal-heavy focused, but with a bit of actual soundstage now, I can actually enjoy them. The original genuinely was so, so claustrophobic I fely sick after a few minutes.

I have 2 questions: 1. Do you know some good budget $5-10 cables for Chu 2 with a mic? If there isn't any, how about around $10-20? (Note: I want a mic to use it for calls also) 2. Budget tips for Chu 2? Around $5-10 again and if there aren't any, if there isn't any, around $10-15 Thank you so much! :)

I have moondrop chu. I don't think it has mid base problem. Bass tight and smooth And I quite like it. Bit it's warm for my taste.treble region I feel is little cut off. Been my daily driver past 6 months. Product quality ain't good tho.

Hmm, after Chu they release it Jiu dsp version of Chu, still ignoring comments of users, and finally they push it chu2 with replaceable cable and nozle;) But again is this enough, for me i dont think so, people who took already old chu feel like idiots after this, what message send moondrop, wait for final product???
