Great story telling as always brother! Fat Andy was actually made by Albert Anastasia in the 1950's and was in Tommy Rava's crew with Neil Dellacroce. Big Paul made him a Capo in the late 1970's or early 1980's. When John Gotti was playing little league, Fat Andy was a heavy hitter whacking guys for Albert and then Carlo Gambino.....
