Dang I didn't even know he passed. They need to be passing this down to younger generations to keep it alive I would love to know how to make it just so I can have personal stuff but I want like a really good recipe something from popcorn or something from Jim Tom someone who is renowned for making it the right way. Or at least a popular way. If anyone can teach please I'm all ears I'm pretty sure it's legal to brew a certain amount right ?

I’d venture to say if you’re fortunate enough to be around the knowledgeable old timers like Mr Jim Tom soak it all in because when they are gone that knowledge if it’s not shared it forever lost to time 😔.

I met Jim in 1997! I live in East Tennessee next to mark and digger, I met popcorn in 1989! Jim impressed me far more than popcorn! I told him I'd come back over and never did😢 I guess I will visit him one more time. I don't even know if the Magnavox plant is still there? I know robinsville, nc, was a one horse town then! I'll post my journey on my tube channel, an hour drive, and I never went back😢

I swear he could be my Grand dads brother. Both look the same, act the same and was full of shit 90% of the time. How my grandmother which is hardcore southern Baptist stayed with him all of those years I’ll never know. Maybe these two will meet in heaven. God Speed Gentlemen!
