[MOONSOOK's Vegetable Stew Recipe]
◈ Ingredients ◈
Tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, zucchini pumpkins, lentils, coconut oil
◈ Recipe ◈
1) Chop vegetables into small cubes
2) Keep the ratio (Onion 2: Carrot 2: Celery 1) and saute them at low heat. Onions need to be a bit transparent
3) Saute tomatoes and lentils with coconut oil. You can add zucchini too.
4) After sauteing them, pour some water and boil them at high heat
5) Heat it down, and add extra ingredients like laurel leaves, parsley and basil
6) Add pepper and olive oil at the end. You can add cayenne pepper
