The Rust Queen, Vern and I visit Mopar Heaven. That's what I call it as I was "dizzy" after seeing all Michael Georgia had on his Mopar Ranch. Everything is for sale.

Mind blowing, isn't it? We didn't show the 70 Road Runner. It sold before I got the video edited. Going back to shoot a 426 Hemi 4 speed old NASCAR Plymouth or Dodge. Will try to get that up for you in the next week or two. Thanks for stopping in, Steve.

I am sure. All he told us was that he started working on cars as a kid and never looked bac. I think he mentioned, not on camera, that he started a trim shop and grew into restoration and parts. He certainly did something right, lol. Thank you for leaving us a comment.

indyme2 . Yes I do! During the blizzard of 93 a pine tree fell across the trunk and left quarter . Heart breaking. But it missed a 66 sport fury 63 Belvedere 73 duster. And my wife’s Mercury. 6 more feet to the left would have got them all. It was a 383 four speed car. Traded it even for a truck.

My friend has a 69 GTX sitting in his yard for at least 10 years that I know of that needs a complete resto. The body, and drive train are intact. The interior is out of it, and the rear window is out. I know he will probably never restore it to the calibre it was new he's a shade tree mechanic who repairs other peoples cars, trucks, and farm equipment for a living. I dont think he has the resources to invest in it. Every time I go past his house I feel terrible about the status of that beautiful mopar muscle car. The car is in the upcountry of S.C. near Lowrys. I wish someone could make him an offer he couldnt refuse, and restore her to her former glory. I had many different muscle cars in my younger days, when I was in the used car / towing business.the memories of those lobing cams, loud exhaust pipes, and high octane exhaust fumes still swim in my head when I see these Mopars, GTO's, Mustangs, Chevelles, Mustangs, 442's AMX's, and all the other cars I have owned and driven in my 73 years. Give me the old school days to daydream about anytime! I can get anyone interested connected with this guy, if you want to be.
@indyme2
@indyme2 3 жыл бұрын
Old school rules, Bill! We are about the same age, lol. Lowrys is near Chester if I remember correctly. Not too far away. I know the GTX thing. There is one near me, 69, I believe. Been parked outside for about 20 years, no cover. Keep trying to buy it but you know the story. I'll shop the one you know and see if anyone wants to give the guy a ring. Thanks for sharing your stories and for stopping in.

Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.
