you can very well pause the game you go fill up your water and hide in hole and then you have a short pause although your water gets lower you cant be eaten so you can have a quick trip to the kitchen or toilet without a problem but i would sugest you chose a hole near a water source

after i saw you play i needed to get in on it and here is what i found. you can bite tails of the animals that can eat you, and vise versa you can be bitten on the tail. this gives a huge bonus to the biter in that you can go from fox to cheetah if you bite a dragons tail. also you can get kills easier if you use the advantages that each animal has and ambush prey. i got to a dragon in roughly three hours mostly through kills and only one tail bite.

All creatures have a vulnerable spot which is their tail, even the dragon can be killed if you attack his tail enough, also you can get mad xp by doing just that, attacking the tail of higher level players.

When you are a small guy and you see the red around the bigger guys. The tails will be green and you can steal xp and lvl up from them, by running into their tails
