Mor Acro visita Anza Souk with a long list of Moroccan goods to buy. Anza is the village outside of Agadir that holds a weekly souq on wednesdays. We include the cost of everything we buy and this week our busget was a bit bigger in the hopes of buying from more people and bringing more money to the market.

regarding the spices ask the seller if he has a machine to grind the spices because for example if you take the grains of the cummins then grind them and take them home it's not like buying cummins already grind the one that comes from be ground fresh 100% peace ✌️

Yes i can't point enought the importance of fresh grinding the spices you really should go to the ones who do it instantly its better for the gut the intestines and ofcourse its a world of a difference in taste you grind ginger curcuma black pepper and cumin infrastructure of you always only paprika is ready and yet that also you can make at home but it's a long process

Romy eats everything, God bless her I followed the episode in which the besara was burned hahaha I will teach you an easy way first boil the beans in water until it becomes soft especially after boiling the water you have to make the fire quiet and then put it in a blender with a little water and crush it Then return it to the pot over a low heat and put a little spice, minced garlic and oil with gentle stirring until it is even, healthy and comfortable.

Thanks, youtube videos are “supposed to be” quick and fast paced. But thats not really what the souk is so i keep longer atmospheric clips to give a more PoV experience. Thanks for watching and enjoying the raw touches.
