MANILA -- A survey from global consulting firm Boston Consulting Group found that consumers are more excited than concerned about artificial intelligence (AI).
Aparna Bharadwaj, Boston Consulting Group managing director and partner, said 43 percent of customers globally are excited about artificial intelligence.
Twenty-eight percent feel conflicted, while the remaining 29 percent are concerned about what AI means for their privacy.
Bharadwaj said businesses must inspire trust in AI among consumers.
She explained that for excitement to turn into demand, companies should come up with measures aimed at showcasing the reliability of AI as they integrate the technology into their systems and operations.
