I’m working my way around the car stitching in new metal.
I gave thought about those who stripped this can and truly.
It really made my job easy, because it’s just a shell.
Good progress here.

Hey Dan ! on the way back from Corpus today I stopped and looked at a 71 4 door Maverick for sale . Its a inline 6 200 auto and most of it's there . under the hood all the air cleaner and stuff is all there . I stopped because I had a friend with a 71 Grabber and his dad put a bigger cam and some .030 pop up pistons in his 302 4 speed . We are far south but it does freeze down here enough to crack a block ? It looks like by spring your 70 will be close to finish ! good work !

Yes it get cold enough to push freeze plugs out… crack a block? Yeah, I don’t know about that.
