Or Hitchcock famous "Suspense" skills that provoke distress.I have also read some comment about Eminem being a copycat for naming the album like this, again it is my personal opinion but I find it a fine tribute. Hitchock was a Master in Suspance because of the soundtrack he was picking...the right disturbing sounds at the right time was enough to make you hold your breath...and just that! no much blood...no much visual effect...just the right distressing music. I think Eminem wanted to continue this ...using music to arouse uncomforta mood and start a conversation about it....which IT DID....a fine piece of art in my opinion but I might be bias :) people have difficulties on disconnecting the art from the human being. Eminem in this track wanted to appear unaccommodating, but that it is not who Marshall is as a person and more than once showed with actual facts where he stands.

The thing people fail to realize while his lyrics will never be poltically correct, he puts them out for shock value to bring awareness to the topics at hand. It may not be right the way he does it sometimes,but IT still reaches more of a platform then anybody else could. And if people wanna be small minded and take him serious instead of thinking bigger picture of his intent then i think thats a personal problem.
