I'd say that before, he was D tier in the wrong hand and S tier in the right hand (very few) And now he is B tier in a noob hand and still S tier in the right hands (which is easier to ochieve now)

Highlander is a good character that I loved a lot but personally I admit that many may like the rework but I don't like it personally.

@@Noitehi I mean, he is the same with more option, the only removal was wavedash and backstep light, which are two "bugs" or mechanics that the devs aimed to fix for some time. JC even said that they really tried to keep everything he had already, hence why they kept the silly heavy to kick to grab and all that stuff

He was never in S tier in any hands unless you had a lag switch or a script.

Since there seems to be a lot of rage quitters now, ill share my secret for how to deal with lvl 3 bots. Chargeable bashes and dodge recovery attacks. The bots dont seem to know how to respond to these moves very well but they might sometimes parry a dodge recovery. Dodge spamming out of offensive stance with HL is very good for bots.

I also learned that most bots you go against as a Highlander cannot understand how a Grab works, so if you land anything and go into OF you can usually just Grab-Heavy-Grab-Heavy the bots to death. Works on like 98% of bots. And even if it doesn't work you can just try again because they can't figure it out Note: HAS TO BE the regular Grab input, not the dodge-forward Grab.

Ima be real I haven’t even touched the game yet after the rework of highlander. But the clips n videos I’ve seen, I don’t even see his stamina move bro that shi lwk op. They might as well keep his stamina bar white like in training. I haven’t seen him go out of stamina without getting bashed but he can literally spam unblockables n kicks longer than I’m complaining on my comment lmafo

@@Sir_ShadowZ__I admit that he is an excellent character currently, I used him for a very long time (I think he is my second most used character) but the rework just seems boring to me but he is a very viable character apparently

@@Sir_ShadowZ__ for honor as such stopped being for honor a long time ago, it became very frenetic for me or a game of predictions so much that it makes my head hurt, not because I lose games or get too bored, but because doing that constantly makes you tired, you understand me ? I just don't delete the game because of a commitment to a friend but the game is just not for me now

If it’s just a normal heavy attack, it’s much more risky to parry it when you could easily block it. If I feint to Gb, they eat way more damage than just blocking it.

I would have left to to be honest, Highlander in my Opinion is one of the Most anoying Heros to face. He makes no fckin sence at all and is Based und anoying Ass graps/throws, bashes and Hyperarmor. He is not op thats not the Point Just really anoying.

Character is dumb… adding HL to my list of instant dodges for duels. Currently on the list is Afeera, Shaman, and Ocelotl. Hito gets added occasionally
