I live in Salisbury and know that road by queen elizabeth gardens, where you met that mini, well. It’s barely wide enough to get two cars past with the other cars parked on one side. I don’t know what the mini driver was thinking (quite possibly wasn’t thinking.) you must have the patience of a saint driving as you do every day and coming across things like that. You have my admiration. Love the videos.

Good to see that all the cars on the second run were all high mileage with serious problems. Watching low mileage cars with trivial problems getting scrapped is detrimental to my mental health. 😢

I arrived Friday around 3pm. Was watching the crew trying their best to get the trucks in all Friday night. Tractors everywhere. They really did try. We could see the que of trucks up on the road. All amazed how many trucks were there in total. Brilliant weekend 👍

I think if you drove a bigger vehicle that was a more obvious colour then you wouldn't have had the mini pull out on you 😅 oh wait...what colour are fire engines? Yeah no hope for some people.

Them Fiat BRAVO’s are getting rarer by the day. I had a 1.6Diesel and it was on 170k when I traded it in last year for my Alfa 159 SW. there must be something seriously wrong with that one to have it scrapped

Were you parked up on the road that runs parallel with the A30? I drove past between 6 and 7 am, and I thought I saw you through the hedge. Every layby on the A30 was full of show trucks. And I noticed some polished up trucks heading east on the A303 so I guess they gave up and went home.

Wednesday car number 3 sounded more like a turbo with after burners, after burning the turbo to smitherines!! but at least most of the cars have got a good few miles on them, rather than just getting sent to the car heavem with silly low mileage. doesn't bode well for another project car though. what happens to the tires, are they just sent to the recycling even though they are next to brand new? or are they resold as used if in good condition?

Not watched for ages, still quite boring, just a river who like the sound of his own voice, if we saw the loading and unloading it might improve it a bit.

..... weight transfer, get the idea, thought that meant you'd raising the lift axel, but in this vid getting off the grass you mentioned doing both and that has left me wondering as to how you weight transfer from the cab ..... if I want to weight transfer, that would be done by the loader taking a grapple of logs from one bunk to one of the other two bunks .... I'm in the forestry industry in BC .. Most common set-up in our region are Quad Loggers, the trailer follows the best, good cornering, that's tight as opposed to speed. google "BC quad loggers" then select images .. the three drive axels do not lift and have lockers, when locked all wheels turn the same and steerage, well the more axels locked steering response diminishes .. smilin .. yup, don't want lockers in if you be coming to a switchback ... have to say it always impresses me to see the roads and lanes that you go down to retrieve cars, and then there have been a few times that you have said "and we will be backing out of here" and I'm like, bloody hell .... thx for the share .. as always .. never stop dreaming, ust dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ....
