I started watching this because I was hooked on A Stable Life and was curious what a Veggie Boy was. I do like it, and I have learned all kinds of things about growing both plants and animals. I do, however, miss the personal aspect that Joel brings to his channel. And that laugh just makes me smile every time. You truly get to know the horses and people that care for them. I realize the Veggie Boys has way more people involved, but I would love to at least know how everyone was related and how they got involved with the farm. I also think it was be interesting to give a brief explanation of what you are looking for in the vegetables you choose to pick. Just some thoughts.

So glad you got mom in your video too. She hates to have any kind of picture or video taken of herself. But I think she is beautiful and should be in pictures!!!! Love these videos and love to watch you all "down on the farm". Keep up the good work.

You got good content, people love the animals, then you got what you do growing veggies. I think the pluses are your store and all the family working together. I like your channel. But, you got to get the folks talking and be themselves. Y'all take care and God Bless .

You have a good variety of things to do and no time to get bored. I can't imagine anyone ordering that many apple dumplings at one time. What on earth are they going to do with them all? Perhaps it's a Hotel that ordered them, that's making more sense to me.

@BeautifulMess263 жыл бұрын
The dark calf that “ran away.” Absolutely cringeworthy how he said it with a straight, clueless, face.

To "spook" means to suddenly get scared. 🤔🙄

Hearing a country white boy call a black calf “spook” because he ran away (oh, I don’t know, like an enslaved black person!!!) is cringeworthy at the least. You have great content and I’m A huge fan. But please educate yourself. That was absolutely awful. Just awful. Spook is not a word you use in good fun.
@jessicah23453 жыл бұрын
Turns out some people have never associated the word spook with anything other than a ghost or maybe something else entirely in other parts of the us or world...or here's a novel idea they called the calf spook because he got "spooked" i.e. "scared" of something and ran off... so maybe you should remember that offense is Taken not Given... It's up to you if you want to be offended about anything
@jenmailsouth41552 жыл бұрын
@@jessicah2345 Thank you very much! Some people look for a reason to be offended. A lot of the same people have hijacked words and even objects to use as a means to be offended. They need to get over themselves. This person would totally die if she was around horses for a minute. Horses get SPOOKED often. 🙄
@jessicah23452 жыл бұрын
@@jenmailsouth4155 oh figure it's ridiculous I'm so over supposedly "politically correct" anything anymore and I refuse to keep my mouth shut anymore and let one small percentage of the population completely steamroll other people with their 'wokeness'
@jamesgillice21232 жыл бұрын
