There is no chance of Russia taking all of Ukraine, as the local resistance would be extreme in the west, but Russia will certainly gain more land than they have today, Billionaire Elon Musk has predicted, adding, the longer the war goes on, the more territory Russia will gain. Zelensky wants to return the territorial borders to pre-war conditions. It is unlikely Russia will agree to it after Ukraine refused to the conditions of the talks in Istanbul, thanks to US and UK. Most probably, Ukraine would be left without much of it's eastern part, maybe even without Odessa. So the longer Zelensky drags this out, the lesser territory Ukrainians are going to have.

Actually, everyone knows that it is not possible for Ukraine to defeat Russia. The Russians are saying it from the beginning that the supply of the western weapons would not alter the ultimate outcome of the war but would only prolong the agony of Ukraine. Still, this war is being dragged on just to weaken Russia as much as possible, no matter how many Ukrainian lives are lost.

Correction, once Russia recovers 99 per cent of its former lands in the East .......Russia is not terribly interested in the territories gained over 250 years from invaders in the Central and Western regions. But yes the only way to protect its rightful lands by the fact Russia settled these areas over 300 years ago is to incorporate them back as Russian protectorates.

The land had very difficult terrain to push out neo nazis from formidable NATO defensive structures up to 3 metres thick. That's why the going was very slow! Musk was totally wrong on his quote. In fact its hard to imagine anything more difficult with many wide fast flowing rivers criss-crossing the marshy landscape. Once Russia captured the super fortresses Bakhmut and Avdeyevka its momentum has picked up considerably.

Et cela malgré de multiples résolutions de l'ONU pour qu'il rende ces territoires. Alors bonne chance, en plus la Russie fait partie du Conseil de Sécurité des Nations-Unies. Elle n'a qu'à deposer un veto.
