It’s always the bloody farmers it makes me really annoyed in how insensitive to change they are. It’s more of the old but I can see some of the newer farmers seeing these things being good

for such a long time farmers have been incentivised to produce the highest yields possible, when/if it switches to more ecological/environmental goals, that should be when we'll see greater cooperation between landowners. ELMS agreement should help that!!

Yes well I’ve seen second hand how much gets wasted beyond that so really there failing to do so and as you say that scheme will help land owners be encouraged to do more

NINA the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research is still workimg on reintroducing white tailed eagles to Scotland, Ireland and Spain. From near extinction Norway now boasts the largest population of white tailed eagles. You are welcome, I guess 😅 I just wish someone would talk about it and the beaver, which we also keep sending over.

I’ve seen one flying over my house in Bristol. A few weeks ago.I never saw one before. it was the biggest bird I’ve ever seen flying in our skys.

I think I saw one in north Norwich last week! There was a bird being chased off by a flock of sea gulls and it was absolutely enormous! I've never seen a bird that big here. Whatever it was, it made the seagulls look tiny

@Bruce Wayne no we literally saw it for a few seconds flying low over our garden. Couldn't believe what we saw. Went outside, and couldn't see it

@Bruce Wayne yeah we've had one of those here too. Had a buzzard in our garden last year too. Always get sparrow hawks

Please just mention how this came to be, just once 🙏 Before starting this video I had high hopes, but now they are about to be dashed again 😔 They were captured in Norway and sent to you. They are the result of a great conservation effort in Norway. Now they have repopulated our coast by themselves all the way down to the south of my country. Just why is the backstory never interesting enough to tell? The beaver story is in a way even more spectacular in a way. In the mean time we are still giving you new white tailed eagles and beavers.
