I can’t stop looking at the chef. I keep missing the recipe. You look so much like my Dad. He was Neapolitan and he loved to cook as well. And he sang as he cooked!!! Great genes run through Italian blood. God bless you. And now I will try to concentrate on the shrimp recipe. It looks delicious.

The strangest thing is that I love to cook with Wine, but drinking it not So Much it gives me a Terrible hangover. But I have cooked in restaurants and remember I was working at a restaurant where I was a Sous Chef and the Head Chef was using white wine for his Marinara Sauce. One day I was tasked with making the Marinara Sauce and the " Head Chef" was Not There but the Owner was. So when it came time to Deglaze I asked the Owner if I could do something different and use a Really Dry Red Wine. I pissed off the Head Chef, but the Owner started listening to Me... And Then she Loved my Version of Ceasar Dressing Too. Hahahahahahahaha 😂!!!

Yellow pasta in package, not good pasta, good pasta, has a white color. They, dry it fast it turns yellow, if they dry it slow, it’s more white, RAO is good pasta

Shrimp over cooked gets like rubber 1.5 minutes each side and you never cleaned the poop from the inside of the shrimp.
@robertlosasso42223 ай бұрын
I don’t see any sense in doing that extra work when you can buy shrimp already shelled and deveined .
@mingng85805 ай бұрын
Mr I think you over cook the shrimp
