Hi Pasquale...notice many of your videos appear VERY narrow like this tune one as opposed to the full screen video. Wide screen is so much better for viewing. Also, many times you are not close enough to the microphone so consequently it is a strain to hear you. So much better with microphone attached to you. Love your cooking!

I LIKE UR COOKING BUT YOU USE A LOT OF SALT. AND ANCHOVIES VERY SALTY. I CANNOT HAVE SALT. OR SODIUM. BAD FOR YOUR HEART AND INCREASES HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I USE LEMON ZEST AND JUICE IN MY COOKING.
