In case you're wondering, stealing in Link's Awakening changes your player name to THIEF and if you dare to enter the shop again (which you likely will given it sells both the plot essential bow and a lot of collectibles in the remake), the shopkeeper strikes you down with insta-kill lightning. Which also means you just lost the true ending forever because this counts as a death. Also, there's an easter egg in Majora's Mask where the burglar in the chase scene will explode if you shoot an arrow at him. This could be considered karma, given he stole the big bomb bag from a polite old lady, but the game will still punish you for doing this as it will not count as recovering the bag (it was the explosive part) and will lock you out of playing the full Kafei quest. The only reason to do this is to go a bit extreme in one of the cycles.

Pat, Scarlet and Violet were the ultimate example of giving us the illusion of choice. The whole game tells you that you can do whatever the fuck you want and explore wherever you feel like and tackle the objectives in any order, and yet there is no level scaling for any of these objectives so you literally have no choice but to do objectives in an extremely specific order

Similar to Deltarune Chapter 2, if the player says no deal to spamton before 2 times, The Dialogue stays word Wrong, Until The Only thing is the Correct way is To Say if the player says Yes Deal, Kris will deal with Spamton After boss battle, In Pokemon Violet and Scarlet, Same Thing as before, Which the Player has to say yes and Deal With Nemona before the player becomes pokemon championship, which is challenging in Original Main Pokemon Games
