hi Drew, I am so sorry. I didn’t know that you were like this big traveler so I was just watching KZfaq right and it had this kid. He love to go to like travel and go around the world and see different places and that’s what he wanted to do what he was a kid, and then I realize that the kid had the same name as you and then I realized that it is you. Born in Toronto, Canada but of Afro-Guyanese heritage. Guyana is so beautiful, so many resources and highly underrated. Next time you gotta visit Stabroek Market, and also try some Swank, Salara, Mithai, Chiney Cake, Cheese Roll, Pine Tart, Metemgi, Pone, Fudge & Pepperpot (close to Christmas) as we eat it traditionally on Christmas morning. Germain's restauraunt in Tiger Bay is a good place.

5:24: Drew, you got it totally wrong. We, Latin Americans, do not abide by the U.S.'s concept of America. We consider ourselves Americans. Brazilians, Colombians, Venezuelans, Uruguayans, Argentinians, Guyanese, we are all Americans! The United States is one country of the northern third of this huge continent called America. That's why you entered an "American Market" full of Brazilian-exported products.

Sorry to say this but we actually believe that North and South America are technically two separate continents here in Guyana. But we don't refer to the United States as "America." But we do call people from there Americans etc. I'm not American, but South American :)

Oil changes everything. That's really why your experience was so much better now. Unfortunately with Venezuela, a new conflict is brewing. Venezuela kicked out all the companies sharing oil profits, Guyana invited them and the gdp went up 7x since your first visit. The gvt distributes some of the 50-50 profits to the people. So it's really a win win minus Venezuela. But glad to see the people's lives change so much in a positive way so quickly. English doesn't hurt them either.
