Honestly, I would just donate some of the pots and pans and nicely lay them out. That space is huge! We have a family of 7 and have a fraction of the space and just have the pots and pans in ours with lids on the top. I wouldn't keep more than you have room to use at once and you shouldn't need an organizer with that amount. The kitchen can definitely be a big task. We used to have so many cups too. Minimalizing helps sooooo much. Organizing too much stuff and shifting things around can feel productive, but it is easy for it to get messy again and feel overwhelming. The only thing we drink in our house, both my husband and I and our kids, is water, but we just have 1 water bottle per child. If it wears out, we can let them pick out a new one, but the stainless steel last a long time. I have like 5, but I'm obsessed with water bottles. 🤦‍♀️ I have made myself get rid of my least favorite any time I bring a new one in though. I also have them in different areas of our house for when I get stuck breastfeeding a baby, so I'm not mad about me having a few extras haha. I think getting rid of more could definitely help you not feel stressed about opening them and them feeling cluttered, like you mentioned. Even when organized, that much stuff would overstimulate me too. I am the same and finally had to reach a point where I was just bagging crap up to donate because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. There was just too much. I recently took like 5 bags of toys to donate because it was too much for our kids to manage and I was tired of it. They are so much happier with less! I'm excited to see which other rooms you choose to do next! ❤️

My general question is-how do we all get crumbs in our cabinets and drawers-minus the toaster cupboard when they are always closed? 🤔🤣

Cups and water bottles seem to multiply here too! We've found that our kids seem to get them from birthday parties, vacation, grandparents for holidays, etc. Every 6 months we lay them out and our kids each get 3 cups, 3 water bottles. THEY choose but then we donate the rest to a local non-profit. I want them to have special things but not all the things.

You should get those pull out drawers for your tumbler cabinet bc the ones in the back and on the half shelf will remain unused until the next declutter. If you have to get on the floor to access an everyday item, it's going to be a pain in the tuckus.

My biggest struggle that I am still working through is getting rid of things i spent money on and I know that even if i try and sell it, I won't get what i know its worth or I feel like I need the next best thing to help me, when I really just need to find an easier way for me without spending money.

I literally have been going through our kitchen to it’s like it’s time for the spring cleaning to happen thanks for the motivation girl. Also definitely get liners for your cabinets got mine at target where you can cut it to size :) maybe do organizational of your closet or bathroom

All my food storage has its mates and if one gets lost, the mate goes in the trash. I only have what fits in my cabinet and they are all stored with their lids. I don't understand why all the colored plates.

I know you are going to think I am crazy but try a hair dryer on the sticky stuff . Or take a dish cloth and heat it up in the microwave or try a steamer.

I have many of the same bibs, plates, cups BUT unless you have 10 kids….no one needs that quantity of anything!! They take one lunch box to school and bring it back…….that is consumerism at its best!
