Honestly, out of all the thing Morgana hasn’t got going for her these days, the biggest one is mana. Most mid laners these days have guaranteed kill combos or damage. Morgana has none of them, and yet, she also has one of the most disgusting mana cost combos for a mid laner, wish riot would just give her some mana regen in her passive instead of health, no one ever says “Morgs healing is really good” because it’s honestly trash and does not synergize with ANY items or runes. Her pool does bugger all early on. She should at least either use less mana at lower level pool or gain mana for using it well.

Getting rylais last would've made the most sense I think, getting that half a second/second more for ur W that does more dmg the lower ur enemy is would've been pretty good especially to get into that 5 percent area for execute

Suggested build: Full AP+CDR Shen: Nashor's tooth, Cooldown boots, Night harvester, Cosmic drive, Dcap, Lich Bane/Zhonya/Banshee Suggested runes: Dark harvest (HOB not worth), cheap shot/TOB, eyeball, ulti hunter, second wind, revitalize. Suggested spells: ignite + ghost. Playstyle: very good short trades, solid sustain with doran shield, free matchup into tanks. Harder into bruisers. Powerspike at 2 items, from there huge snowball.

Second skin of the day: Bewitching Morgana.

Max Q>W>E. Ult is actually not that influent, but you may throw in a Demonic Embrace to ramp up its damage. Generally the strategy would be to stack Grasp and Heartsteel as much as possible while dealing a ton of damage with the empowered auto. Swain gets a lot of bonus HP from its passive, and also it heals every time for 9% total health at level 18.
