This really works. I have used this ever since Wayne first taught it at Unity of the Palm Beaches back in the 1980's. I've used the Ah meditation to get more clients on a regular basis; and find a refurbish a beautiful home. When I hosted Wayne Dyer at my spiritual center in San Jose, we talked about this amazing meditation and how wonderfully it works. Recently I've come to realize I can use it for better health.... and to have my children in my life more. So here goes!! Thank you Wayne!

I also have used it in 1998 and by 1999 everything came true. What was even more astounding was that my boyfriend's good friend made a statement of "He's loved you all along", which was in my visualization! I knew then that it worked! I used the OM Meditation at night which sometimes I would be too tired to do. Is the OM Meditation necessary?

12:01 Take a deep breath in, and start. 13:44 Think about what you want to manifest in life. Feel it going out through your 3rd eye chakra. 15:01 Clear the channel between root chakra and the third eye. 16:08 Feel the desire of what you want to manifest. Feel it as you do AH meditation. 17:22 Let the energy out through the 3rd eye. 18:35 I know in each moment, I am free to decide. 19:11 No matter how much I protest, I am totally responsible for everything that happens in my life. 19:53 My past is nothing more than the trail I have left behind. What drives my life today is the energy I generate in each of my present moment. 20:39 I rid myself of doubt by remembering that there is a valid reason for everything that happened. 21:19 I realise I am always free to let go, and observe my life. 22:01 The more I listen, the more profound the silence becomes. 24:27 I know I am strengthened as I make the truth my personal reality. 26:00 My judgment prevents me from seeing the good that lies beyond appearances. 26:41 I know I am already whole and need not chase anything in order to be complete. 27:24 I am aware I need not dominate anyone in order to be spiritually awake. 28:45 I will radiate my sacred self outward for the collective good of all. 29:20 AH is the sacred sound of creation and manifestation. I guess its a human thing but i wonder why my practices ebb and flow....i found this today as i am wanting to know my true wellness-- and was reminded that i did it often over 20 years ago-- manifesting our daughter as well as a new wonderful job-three kids and a busy life later here i am again.
