First no one should apply ice cubes directly on the skin. 2nd vitamin C serum tends to oxidize the product as well as skin, which means you might darken your skin over the time. So, derm suggest to include vitamin C in evening / night time skincare routine. Good that your using sunscreen.

It was too strong and I read about the serum that it has high alcohol & has low vit c. It's heavy & sticky too. So I stopped using this serum. Now using plum, it's light weight & not sticky like Garnier...

@@savagequeen4894 simple wen ur going out wear sunscreen wen ur at home don't wear...and i don't know what ur referring in my case I use SPF for my face only not on body...so my body can easily absorb vit d ...and I see huge difference in face after applying spf..tan sun burn have been reduced effectively ... Plz don't mislead peoples by harmful chemicals bla bla..our environment is completely harmful ..to protect from that we need these 'harmful' chemicals to survive ..no other go..peace✌️
